100+ Attend AI & Linux in 2025!
We hosted the first of two November meetups on Wednesday evening, November 5.
The meetup featured Jay the Linux Guy of Learn Linux TV and was hosted at The Barn on Bandwidth’s Raleigh campus. Both the meetup and the venue were spectacular.
The topic of Jay’s talk was “AI and Linux in 2025” and included an assessment of where we are now, and what to expect moving forward. It was engaging and incredibly thought provoking, as evidenced by the many questions following the presentation.
More than 125 technologists from all over the RTP attended and 10 lucky attendees won a book and got Jay to sign copies onsite.

The second November meetup will take place next Tuesday evening, November 18 at Cisco’s RTP campus as the OpenSSL Foundation’s President Matt Caswell presents “Open Source Post-Quantum Cryptography” and moderates a panel of RTP security experts.
