RTP Meetup
Every month in the Research Triangle Park (RTP)
We host one of the largest, if not the largest, technology and open source meetup in the Research Triangle Park (RTP).
Spacewalk
January 2025
We kick off each new year with an evening event called “Spacewalk”. We / the ATO team talk about what we’ll do for the upcoming 12 months and we host a world-class speaker. Networking opportunities with the RTP tech community abound, and food and beverages as well as swag are plentiful.
All Things Open AI
March 17 & 18, 2025
A brand new conference, we’ll host AI practitioners from all over the RTP and surrounding region on Monday, March 17 and Tuesday, March 18. The event will take place in downtown Durham, NC at the historic Carolina Theater. *note, the CFP opens November 13 and close at end-of-day (EOD) Friday, December 6 EST.
Developer Day, in partnership with RIOT
April 2025
We host our own track at the Raleigh Internet of Things (RIOT) annual Developer Day event, which takes place each April on NC State University’s campus. In 2024 we featured 4 world-class speakers and talks, and we’ll do something similar in 2025. Attendance at the 2024 event was very strong with full sessions throughout the day.
All Things Open
October 12-14, 2025
The 13th year of the All Things Open conference will be the best ever! The event features ~ 200 talks and hosts 175+ speakers from all over the world. Attendance in 2025 is expected to 5,000+. *note, the 2025 CFP will open in mid-February
